Clients do not have to be signed-up members of CuteSendIt™ to send or recieve projects to Virtual Assistant Services. We send you the URL to post your projects to and we can access them when they have been posted and vice versa.

The service is designed with high security standards. Files are stored on fully redundant and backed up data servers with 100% uptime (excluding a maintenance window of 2AM - 6AM EST), and 24x7x365 proactive monitoring. The servers are located within a protected tier-1 collocation facility with SAS 70 Type II Certification. The servers are protected behind an enterprise-class managed firewall and intrusion detection system. Restricted access to the servers is protected by proximity card entry, camera-recorded server room access, and a perimeter security system.
