I am worried about my email address being sold on to a third party. Will this happen?

No. We do not sell, rent or share any information with third parties under any circumstances. Ref

I want a specific task doing but it isn't on your Services list. Can or will you do it?

We are always willing to take on new tasks. So long as it is legal and within our field of expertise, we are willing to look at anything a client proposes. Ref

How safe is it sending you documents and information over the internet?

Very safe. All client-deemed sensitive email-orientated projects are sent via CuteSendIt™ for your peace of mind using secure 256 SSL. If required, passwords and or encryption can be utilised. A small charge is applied to SSL security to cover adminstration costs, please ask for details. Ref

Why do you not have an hourly rate?

Sometimes we assign more than one assistant to complete a task, therefore it becomes difficult to charge an hourly rate.  For this reason we quote on a job by job basis.  However we do have a minimum fee. Ref

On your Confidentiality page you mention Registration but I cannot find it. How do I register with you?

Registration is part of our contract. You become registered with us when we receive your first contract with us. You will remain a registered client with us, but we will not contact you - it is the client that always instigates contact. Ref
