ABOUT ME

Over a period of 20 years I have, on occasion, worked as a temp with a number of reputable agencies.  In that time I was lucky enough to be able to work for a broad spectrum of clients in all aspects of office administration, including, but not exclusively, audio and copy typing, diary management, data inputting, credit control and reception.

I have worked as a Medical Secretary for a GP surgery, Senior Receptionist for one of the country’s leading insurance companies and have worked as a Personal Assistant to a well-known racing driver.  Therefore my career in administration has been a varied and exciting one.

I have an enhanced disclosure clearance thus allowing me to work with children.  Having signed the Official Secrets Act I have Home Office clearance allowing me to work with Lincolnshire Police and other authorities.

Assisting my husband with his backgammon tournament business has also granted me the opportunity to event plan and manage accordingly.

I have a broad knowledge of Microsoft products including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

I am a BT trained telephonist and hold a Diploma in Professional Administration.  I am also an accredited facilitator for Belbin Self Perception profiling and carry a CSCS Health & Safety card (valid until September 2009) the latter allowing me to enter construction sites to work as a site secretary.  I also hold a First Aider at Work certificate (valid until September 2010).
